Iterm2 é free, faz Serial, faz xmodem.

Estou usando a versão de buids noturnos, e pelo menos 3 vezes por semana
tem update.
Ou seja, projeto bem ativo.

O Iterm2(diferente do Iterm) não é um Secure-CRT(não conheço o ZOC), mas é
porreta.
