Um cliente nosso (provedor) ja' recebeu. Na epoca, nosso Juridico fez
um levantamento e concluiu que nao havia nenhuma base legal para
qualquer "acao" do tal "Copyright Enforcer" contra ele ou o usuario
dele.

Alias, se voce reparar, a mensagem parece ameacadora mas esta'
redigida como um "request" (pedido) para voce tomar as "medidas
apropriadas de acordo com a SUA Politica de Uso/Termos de Servico".

Recomendamos ao nosso cliente que simplesmente ignorasse, e ate' onde 
sabemos foi o que ele fez. Disclaimer: IANAL e nao pedi para o Juridico
checar de novo, mas ate' onde sei nao houveram alteracoes nesta area.
