a anos recebo estes alertas. Eu administro um provedor de internet e 
sempre tem algum cliente baixando "pirataria".

Eu apenas comunico ao cliente a reclamação.

Se eu bloquear ele ou gerar qualquer punição, ele cancela e vai para o 
concorrente (virtua, gvt, speedy, etc).
