Boa noite.
Recebemos uns 5 emails sobre violação de copyright, como somos provedor de internet este endereço é de um cliente, já ate localizamos o mesmo. Minha duvida é o seguinte:
Que atitudes tomar em um caso deste? Bloquear o cliente? Avisar o cliente? Fingir de morto?

Segue copia do email, hoje já recebi uns 4 destes para o mesmo cliente
