Como é um comunicado extrajudicial, vale responder ambos.

Informe o cliente sobre a notificação e informe quem entrou em contato que
você não é proprietário do domínio (ou seja lá o q estão reclamando)
informado.

Vale também considerar sua política de privacidade com seus usuários, o
detentor da marca pode requerer as informações pessoais para entrar em
contato com esse usuário, vc é livre para exigir que seja feita somente sob
ordem judicial.
