[GTER] Problema na ativação Frame-Relay Telefonica

Caros

Novamente a telefonica me deixou na mão com um frame-relay
Problema igual o que passei anteriormente.
Configuro a interface, fica UP, porem, nao consigo dar ping no
next-hop(router da telefonica.
Segue abaixo o show-run e o show interface para quem puder me dar uma ajuda
