[GTER] Problema na ativação Frame-Relay Telefonica

Meu caro,

Voce tem certeza sobre o DLCI ser 111? 

Em caso afirmativo, o proximo ponto a verificar em um roteador Cisco seria o encapsulamento...para routeadores Cisco a configuracao seria:

encapsulation frame-relay IETF

Voce tambem pode verificar os logs do roteador:

show logging

Por ultimo mas nao menos importante...o ping usa ICMP e nao eh incomum adminstradores bloquearem as respostas de icmp. Se voce tiver outro endereco IP para usar, pode ser interessante.

Novamente a telefonica me deixou na mão com um frame-relay Problema igual o que passei anteriormente.
Configuro a interface, fica UP, porem, nao consigo dar ping no next-hop(router da telefonica.
