Então tá facil, depois que vc configurar as lun e apresentar para o 
servidor, tem um software (script) qua a qlogic disponibiliza no site 
para scanear as luns "on the fly". O que a gente usa aqui chama-se 
ql-dynamic-tgt-lun-disc.sh

Dá uma procurada nisso...
