[MASOCH-L] Squid não quer navegar

Instalei o squid na minha máquina para compartilhar a conecção da internet com o
outro micro de acordo com o arquivo squid.conf abaixo:

de acordo com a observação que coloquei na linha acima se eu comentar essa linha
vai dar o erro:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://mail.google.com/mail/?

    Unable to determine IP address from host name for mail.google.com

The dnsserver returned:

    Timeout

 The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
