Bom, pelo que eu sei (pelo menos aqui no Paraná) se o seu link passar
de 8Mb a BRT (não sei as outras operadoras) entregam o seu circuito em
ethernet (10Mbps ou 100Mbps).
Não seria mais fácil vc pedir para a Embratel colocar um fast ethernet
limitado na banda contratada?
