[MASOCH-L] SPAM & RBLs

Infelizmente como o projeto SPAMBR aparentemente morreu, nao tem pagina
que de explicacoes sober como retirar o IP da lista (www.spambr.org).

Ela barra muito spam, as vezes acontece algum falso positivo com
IPs da Telemar, Embratel, Telesp... geralmetne por falta de reverso ou por
ja terem sido usados em ADSL dinamicos ou acessos discados. Em todo caso
tenho uma white-list para rbls.
