Anyone know what is going on with AS 267286?

And we've seen 267286 originate /8s like 93.0.0.0/8 170.0.0.0/8
173.0.0.0/8 etc via AS_PATH "4134 4809 267286". I strongly doubt this
ASN was assigned these large IPv4 blocks.
