Faça o que fizer, saiba que o Brasil não é signatário da convenção de Berna
que ele cita no email.
Outro detalhe é que a lei de propriedade intelectual diz que serão
assegurados os direitos de estrangeiros no BR se estes direitos estejam
assegurados no pais deste, o que não é o caso. Ou seja: qualquer pleito de
direito autoral no BR pode ser sumariamente descartada.
