[GTER] Duvida controle de Fluxo acesso Backbone

Srs, estou com uma duvida cruel.
De um lado temos o controle de fluxo aplicado pelo que me parece, essa mesma
configuração precisa ser aplicado no BACKBONE? Isso traz algum prejuízo ao
circuito?
