Olá,

Estou com problemas de acesso ao site da Receita Federal (
http://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br) através de um IP FIXO GVT. Todas as
requisições ao site retornam com o código de erro HTTP 503 ou 504. Segue a
definição dos erros:

503 Service Unavailable

The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary
overloading or maintenance of the server. The implication is that this is a
temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay. If known, the
length of the delay MAY be indicated in a Retry-After header. If no
Retry-After is given, the client SHOULD handle the response as it would for
a 500 response.

     Note: The existence of the 503 status code does not imply that a
     server must use it when becoming overloaded. Some servers may wish
     to simply refuse the connection.

504 Gateway Timeout

The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not receive a timely
response from the upstream server specified by the URI (e.g. HTTP, FTP,
LDAP) or some other auxiliary server (e.g. DNS) it needed to access in
attempting to complete the request.

     Note: Note to implementors: some deployed proxies are known to
     return 400 or 500 when DNS lookups time out.

Para fins de testes, tentei o mesmo acesso através de um link IP FIXO
BRASILTELECOM e o conseguir visualizar a página normalmente.

Detalhe, para completar a historia, parece que houve uma mudança na parte de
servidores da Receita, conforme noticia no próprio portal deles.


O Sítio da RFB na Internet estará indisponível no dia 21 de fevereiro

Informamos que durante o dia 21 de fevereiro de 2009, de 08:00 às 20:00 hs,
o sítio da Receita Federal do Brasil estará indisponível, incluindo a
recepção de declarações pelo Receitanet, devido a manutenção evolutiva na
infraestrutura dos serviços Internet.

Alguem na lista com o mesmo erro ou com alguma idéia do que pode estar
ocorrendo?
