	Pode ser algum equipamento mandando algum tipo de pacote de discovery 
na sua rede. O ethertype 9abe não é listado pelo ieee[1]. O OUI[2] 
00-19-66 foi designado para:

00-19-66   (hex)		Asiarock Technology Limited

	Bom... de qualquer forma vc tem o mac... com ele vc consegue achar qual 
é a máquina que tá fazendo esse broadcast.
