Conforme o Everton pontuou, corretamente, ECMP e rotas estáticas são
coisas distintas. Vc pode ter ECMP em rotas dinâmicas tbm.
O balanceamento tbm varia, em termos gerais normalmente se balanceia por
 src addr, src&dst add e round-robin. Round-robin balanceia melhor, mas
ter um algoritmo que controle o flow evita efeitos indesejáveis como
inversão da ordem de pacotes.
