Você está se referindo a isso "BW 1544 Kbit" ?
Isso é apenas informacional. Altere para 2Mb. Entre no CONF T, int serial1/0
e digite o comando "band ?"

Esse parâmetro não tem nenhuma relação com a velocidade nominal do link, não
se preocupe.
