Unfortunately, all the users have the option to create a whitelist for
mailing-lists and stuff, but most of them apparently don't care/ know about
it.

I, myself, have simply just ignored these confirmation messages.

Have no idea how much education was transferred to the end users on how this
anti-spam tool works, but,  for now, shame on the end users for that.

(UOL, essa é a repercussão que a sua ferramenta anti-spam está gerando aqui

I know I have complained about this before, and I know that others have
complained.

If people get censured for offtopic postings, one would think that the
moderators would be as quick to act when people set up stupid filters and
annoy people posting actual content.
