[Eppnicbr] Conexão em php

Olá!
 
Estou com problemas para fazer funcionar o phpepp-nicbr-p0.2
disponibilizado pelo César.
Antes eu estava com aquele problema de ssl que o Daniel também teve
(Unable to find the socket transport
"tls" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?).
Consegui fazer funcionar habilitando a módulo openssl mas agora me
deparei com outro erro:

Enviei também o client.pem antes de testar.
 
Alguém poderia me ajudar neste item?
