[Eppnicbr] libepp-nicbr 0.8 released

Senhores,

Acaba de ser disponibilizada para download a versao 0.8 da
libepp-nicbr [1]. Foram realizadas algumas correcoes importantes
principalmente no cliente shepp.

	* New disconnect() method to correctly close the SSL connection.
	
	Bug Fixes:
	* shepp
	    - Organization ID with only numbers is being sent instead of
	      previously erroneus "SHEPP" strings.

	    - Help improvements on field names and mandatory parameters.
	    - Keep-alive implementation improvements.
	    - SIGPIPE handling.
