[Eppnicbr] Instalação libepp-nicbr-1.2

Pessoal, boa tarde,
Estou tentando instalar a libepp-nicbr-1.2 em um servidor Whitebox Linux 4
(Copia Redhat Enterprise) e estou recebendo o seguinta erro:

the correct path for xerces-c with the --with-xerces-c=DIR option.

Instalei o rpm xerces-c-2.7.0-1.2.el4.rf.i386.rpm que encontrei no RPMFIND e
o erro continua exatamente igual após a instalação.
Alguém poderia me ajudar com alguma idéia do que poderia ser?
