"El dia Miércoles, 10 de Mayo del 2023 a las 13:55 GMT , Cirion identifico afectacion de varios servicios que convergen en Miami, en LROC. Nuestro Technical Service Center (TSC) se encuentra investigando para aislar la ubicacion y la causa de la falla. Por favor este atento a las actualizaciones que se emitiran cada hora como minimo salvo se especifique un plazo diferente para alguna de ellas de acuerdo con determinada situacion en particular que se pueda presentar. Las informaciones que iremos emitiendo se generan a partir de lo que va sucediendo casi en linea por esto podrian cambiar durante el proceso de diagnostico, resolucion y cierre del ticket.

"Accion de resolucion: Se produjo una caida de trafico entre Miami y St Croix debido a un problema en la configuracion de un equipo de nuestra red en Miami, USA. Esto afecto la distribucion de etiquetas MPLS, causando impacto de servicios internacionales de Internet. Se corrigio la configuracion para restablecer el trafico.

Impacto: afectacion parcial de trafico internacional entre LATAM y USA.
Este incidente ha sido resuelto. Debido a la naturaleza de este incidente, podria ser necesario reiniciar los servicios en los equipos finales en su sede. Si luego de esta accion, prevalece algun problema, por favor haga contacto de inmediato con nuestro Technical Service Center para obtener asistencia. Seguimos comprometidos en dar cada dia una mejor atencion y mayor confiabilidad en los servicios.

Fix Action: There was a traffic drop between Miami and St Croix due to a problem in the configuration of a computer on our network in Miami, USA. This affected the distribution of MPLS tags, causing impact on international Internet services. Fixed the configuration to restore traffic.
Impact: partial impact on international traffic between LATAM and the USA.
