[caiu] Problemas Netflix somente em SmartTV

A minha ja parou a algum tempo.

A LG se faz de desentendida e nada faz.

Bom dia pessoal, estamos enfrentando problemas com Netflix somente em
SmartTV, e a grande maioria LG. Em casa tenho uma Sansumg e não tenho
problemas. 

Muitos de nossos clientes estão relatando o erro ui-113 com suas Smarts,
porém na mesma rede do cliente, celulares, notebooks, consoles e
qualquer outro dispositivo com suporte acessam normalmente o Netflix.
Inclusive na própria SmartTV que não roda o Netflix, todos os testes de
redes feitos resultam Ok. 

Alguém mais noticiando algo parecido?
