Tinha recebido por volta do meio-dia um email dizendo que tinham conseguido autorização para acessar o local (foi entre SP e Cotia, proximo a trihos da CPTM).

Agora recebi um outro email:

The Latin America NOC has advised that Field Services have confirmed the existence of a fiber cut on the affected service route and have isolated the location of the physical break point.  Field Services have advised that the creation of 2 splicing enclosures to protect the 288 damaged fibers onsite is necessary to properly repair the cable.  The estimated time of service restoration for this case is 21:30 GMT.

Ou seja: +- 24 horas para conseguir acessar o local e +6 horas para consertar. Mais de 30 horas sem link...
