[caiu] [GTER] Yahoo / AS10310 in brazil

Dear friends,

I noticed most people are sending us an email with saying they want to peer
with Yahoo. In Brazil we have an open peering policy and we already peer
with the route server.

If you are interested in peering with yahoo please simply setup the
sessions and let us know.

Our IP addresses are : 187.16.218.22 and 187.16.218.31
Our IPv6 addresses are  : 2001:12f8::218:22 and 2001:12f8::218:31

MAX Prefix for ipv4 1000 and for ipv6 100
