[caiu] Problemas router embratel -> Rackspace

Boa tarde pessoal,

Estou a uns 7 dias tendo problemas com perdas de pacotes para servidores hospedados na Rackspace IAD, segundo a resposta do técnico da rackspace parece ter problemas em alguns roteadores da embratel.

Alguém ta sabendo de algo sobre isso?

Como não tenho link com Embratel nem sei se posso abrir um chamado referente a isso. Alguém sabe como devo proceder? 

Clientes usando conexão copel ou virtua estão tendo até 60% de perda de pacotes..

I have taken a look at this issue. In testing from our IAD datacenter, where your firewall is located; I have found a problem with an ISP located in Brazil:-

14  netservicos-T0-1-0-2-uacc01.ctamr.embratel.net.br (201.73.51.26)  132.092 ms ebt-T0-3-0-3-uacc01.ctamr.embratel.net.br (200.244.140.185) 140.254 ms  139.603 ms

This is dropping around 50% of the ICMP packets that I was testing.

I then decided to use a popular US looking glass hosted by Cogent, to test a non-rackspace path to the IP, in which I received the same results as above:-

Testing from London, UK I again received the same issue with netservicos-T0-1-0-2-uacc01.ctamr.embratel.net.br
Unfortunately, there is not a lot more I can do to help you in this matter since the device that appears to have the problem is not under the administrative control of Rackspace."
