[MASOCH-L] OT - Recuperar fita LTO-4

Olá Pessoas,

Preciso ler uma fita LTO-4 mas tem algo errado que parece que não está 
certo X). Ela é o terceiro volume de um backup multi-volumes. Os outros 
dois são lidos sem problemas, mas este último não vai...

Tentei lê-la com algumas opções do tar e dd sem sucesso, alguma dica de 
recuperação? Alguém conhece ou recomenda alguma ferramenta ou empresa 
que recupere dados de uma fita LTO?

Em tempo, o drive lê outras fitas, logo o drive, /dev/st0, etc estão OK, 
somente esta fita dá erro de I/O.
