Estou fazendo um esforço enorme para entender o que faz um provedor 
implementar uma confirmação de envio, deste tipo abaixo, num país cheio 
de analfabetos funcionais:

Se até em português o pessoal ignora mensagens deste tipo, imagine em 
inglês. Dá impressão que não querem receber mensagem alguma.
