Esse ip está sendo listado pela SPAMCOP pois algum sistema reportou comportamento suspeito (spam) vindo dele.

Aparentemente é algum ip do hotmail:

Provavelmente seu postfix está checando a spamcop e esse ip em especifico tentou te enviar uma mensagem, com isso provavelmente foi rejeitada devido ao ip estar marcado.  

Segundo a SPAMCOP em 21 horas esse IP sairá da lista em caso de não houver novos relatos.
