     na verdade é free, open source, mas o autor não disponibiliza mais 
pra download no site. Ele pede que você compre a licença pra te enviar o 
software. Não entendi muito bem ...

     mas, geralmente, nos repositórios das distros você sempre acha ele

     pra RedHat Enterprise, Fedora ou CentOS (ou outros RH based, creio 
eu), você acha os RPMs no rpmforge
