[MASOCH-L] dns reverso (bind)

Caros, estou configurando o dns reverso para um cidr 189.0.0.224/28 ...

named.conf:

zone "239-224.0.0.189.in-addr.arpa" IN {
          type master;
          file "189.0.0.224.zone";
          allow-query { any; };
};

189.0.0.224.zone:
$TTL 43200 ; TTL
@       43200   IN      SOA     ns1.xxx.xxx.xxx.br.

salvo, reinicio o bind... localmente nem remotamente resolve...

[root at xxx named]# host 189.0.0.224
Host 224.0.0.189.in-addr.arpa not found: 2(SERVFAIL)


alguem viu ai onde estou errando ? ja tentei ate configurar no 
named.conf assim:
zone "224/28.0.0.189.in-addr.arpa" ... tambem nao vai...

firewall esta aberto...

to brigando com isso ja tem umas horas.. e parece ser uma coisa tao 
simples e nao esta funcionando...
