Putz, o pessoal tá certo e eu tô errado:

... message size restrictions should be avoided if at all possible.

A questão realmente é CPU, Link e espaço em disco.
- quanto tempo é para durar o servidor (espaço em disco)
- quanto tempo a Internet pode ficar ruim (link)
