[MASOCH-L] Help para aplicar patch no IPAC-NG(IP accounting next generation)

Boa tarde,

Estou fazendo uns testes com o IPAC-NG(IP accounting next generation)

E existe um patch para que ele funcione com o iptables 1.3.x:

O texto diz para aplicar o danado do patch:

Apply ipac-ng-1.31-iptables-1.3.1.patch  (mirror) which updates it for
the iptables change (patch -p0).

Alguém poderia ajudar a na linha de comando para aplicar este patch?

# ipac-ng-1.31-iptables-1.3.1.patch

Tentei algo como:

cd ipac-ng-1.31
patch -p0  < ../ipac-ng-1.31-iptables-1.3.1.patch

e obtive a seguinte mensage:

can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
