servers <BR>from South America we do not allow any mail to come from them, as we
in the <BR>past have received incredible amounts of spam messages a day from
servers in <BR>South America. Servers that begin with a 200.xxx.xxx.xxx IP
addresses have <BR>been blacklisted. Unfortunately until the Internet
Service providers in <BR>Brazil and all around South America clean up the
servers and catch the <BR>people spamming from their mail servers it will not be
opened back up. <BR>Please speak with the administrators and let them know what
is <BR>going on and they will help you get your mail going again.
