[GTER] Dúvida sobre communities RT no IX.BR

This way (RT communities being effective even for 16-bit ASNs) it is much
easier to create sets of communities to avoid some unwanted paths on routes
through route servers.

Is there somewhere that kind of information, about the various IXPs, is
grouped and publicly available?
