On major analysis, Yes!



The only minor issue is about the possibility of the allocation of two
adjacent prefixes to the same ASN, and use it as a single prefix.
As mentioned previously by Rubens.

But, in my opinion, all those who have been graced by these adjacent
prefixes and want to use them as a single prefix...
As they are the one who are interested, they should look for and direct
registration in the Routing Arbitrer(RADB).
