[GTER] Google detalha novo algoritmo de congestão TCP

Eu vi...

Mas nem sei quando é que isso surgiu no kernel, só agora estou
descobrindo, aqui no meu Fedora 25 kernel 4.11.10 ativei via sysctl. E
os BSDs #comofica?
