[GTER] Redução no tráfego com PTT-SP

Estou tendo alguns problemas com o google no IX sp talvez seja esta
diferença que vocês esteja sentido,  e obtive a seguinte resposta do
google:

    Traffic has shifted at this location due to an ongoing capacity
issue. We have opened t/XXXXXXX and are working with our field techs
to get this resolved ASAP and at this time there is no ETTR.
