Procurando no Google achei alguns reports de problemas com o ME3600X usando
signaling em BGP, porém estou usando LDP para signaling então não consigo
ver uma relação entre os problemas.

Bom, deixo aí aberto pra quem puder ajudar, QUALQUER ajuda é bem vinda.
