Tem toda a cara de golpe:

1) Ele pediu resgate antes de fazer qualquer coisa
2) Ele diz que quanto mais demorar para decidir, pior vai ficar
3) Ele esta pedindo pouco dinheiro
4) Ele esta sendo bem didático e detalhista na instrução de quanto vai
ficar mais caro se demorar a decidir
