[GTER] Problema EDGEROUTER PRO8 e PTT/SP

Boa tarde a todos, este é meu primeiro post, desculpem se errar alguma
coisa,

Estou sofrendo um bocado para conseguir ativar a minha participação no
PTT/SP, estou empacado em um dos testes que o IX requer para dar
continuidade no processo, no teste de Pacotes trafegados, eles estão
exigindo que na VLAN com IPv4 não trafegue nada além de IPv4 e ARP, porém
sempre retorna o erro *ICMP6, neighbor solicitation, who has*, e na VLAN
com IPv6 sempre me retorna o erro *ethertype ARP (0x0806), length 60:
Request who-has*, no entanto eu já desativei o ARP nesta interface e na
VLAN com IPv6 já desativei o IPv6, deixarei mais abaixo o resultado desse
teste, alguém já passou por esta dificuldade?
