[GTER] CBQ Limitando somente a 2Kbps

Vou analisar, continuava no CBQ devido a comodidade, disponibilidade nativa no CentOS e conhecimento prévio.

CBQ? Esse negócio já caiu em desuso faz tempo.

Por quê não migra pro HTB?
