Para multicast entre ASes diferentes, só o que funciona garantidamente é
replicar a experiência do 6bone, mesmo:  Subir túneis entre os roteadores
multicast (pelo menos um em cada AS) e criar uma adjacência para o PIM-SM
via cada túnel.
