[GTER] placa HBA

Olha eu ligo o meu servidor de backups Linux direto no robo com a hba 
com o cabo fiber. Não conheço esse termo DAS.

Ja tenho essa solução funcionando em um servidor HP, porem estou 
migrando o meu sistema de backup para um novo servidor IBM X3550 M4 e 
estou passando esse problema com essa placa.

Segue logs de erro não consegui interpretar.

Sera alguma incompatibilidade desse cabo que usava no servidor antigo 
com a placa nova?

Ja ouvi falar que existem varios tipos de cabos HBA.
