[GTER] Sobre obrigatoriedade de data centers no Brasil

A propósito deste assunto está havendo um debate muito interessante e
intenso, na lista ietf [1]. Entre outras questões, uma abordagem sobre o
que o IETF deve, pode ou não deve fazer a respeito.

Vale uma nota na intervenção do Chair do IETF, Jari Arkko:

"...The security in the Internet is still a challenge, and if there are
improvements they will be generally useful for many reasons and for many
years to come. Perhaps this year's discussions are our ticket to
motivate the world to move from "by default insecure" communications to
"by default secure". Publicity and motivation are important, too..."

Acabei de passar a mensagem que originou o debate para a lista da
ISOC-BR, que o Danton mencionou.
