[GTER] PTT-SP, arp-request sem arp-reply

Então fizemos alguns testes em conjunto com o pessoal
do PTT-SP, onde foram satisfatório, e com isso vimos que não há filtro de
MAC em nosso meio, porém ao se colocar outro roteador para testar o ping a
esses ips ocorreu normalmente, através desse nosso equipamento (teste),
porém o mais estranho que ao colocar no meu router de produção eu não vejo
arp reply.

O mesmo ocorre com o ip final 217.151. 

Enfim,
trocamos de porta no sw local, e mesmo assim nada. o jeito e tentar dar um
reboot mas essa seria a ultima solução, se alguém tiver alguma idéia!
