[GTER] cisco IPC consistency error

Traceback pode ter diversas origens, desde um problema de hardware até bugs
específicos.

Segundo o message decoder, fazer um "show ipc ports" para ver se dá alguma
pista e abrir um caso no TAC para eles decodificarem a mensagem com mais
detalhes.
