para blocos de clientes da algar, as communities sao:

para blocos nacionais (testei com um range cliente da intelig/tim), as 
communities sao:

bgp-communities=16735:7000,16735:7002


de acordo com o pdf que postei aqui (nao sei se foi moderado), esta 
correto..
