dá para ver que isso aparece (neste momento) no RRC15 (RIS, em São
Paulo) e na instância do RouteViews (também em São Paulo):

O primeiro AS no path é quem efetivamente envia as rotas para os
coletores (no primeiro caso a RNP e no segundo a USP).

Outra detalhe: esse evento não aparece no "RIB Analysis" do bgp.net.br
porque eu mudei a política a algum tempo, que agora considera apenas
eventos com mais de uma visualização (e não usamos a RIB do RouteViews
de São Paulo), talvez seja o caso de rever essa política. ;)

Também é possível visualizar esse evento no LG da RNP.
